- Open the device in the order

- Go to Settings → Diagnostic Templates
- Click New Template
- Add test categories and items
- Set as default for device types
- Save

- Tablets: Larger display tests
- Gaming Consoles: Controller ports, video output
Viewing Device History
All photos and diagnostics are preserved:
- Open the device
- Click History or Timeline
- View all photos with timestamps
- View all diagnostic results
Exporting Documentation
For warranty claims or disputes:
- Open the device
- Click Export Report
- PDF includes:
- All photos (pre and post)
- Diagnostic test results
- Repair notes
- Timestamps
