Setting Up Review Requests
Step 1: Configure Your Review Link
- Go to Settings → Locations
- Select your location
- Enter your Google Review URL (or other platform)
- Save
Finding Your Google Review Link
- Search for your business on Google
- Click your business profile
- Click "Write a review"
- Copy the URL from the address bar
Or use the Google Place ID format:

Step 2: Create Review Workflow
Create a workflow specifically for review requests:

Trigger: Manual (or auto on order complete)

- Go to Enquiries → Workflows
- Filter by "Review Request"
- See all executions and statuses

- Check your review platforms regularly
- Compare timing with request sends
- Adjust workflow timing based on results
Handling Negative Feedback
If a customer complains instead of reviewing:
- Workflow pauses (on reply setting)
- You're notified of the reply
- Address the issue personally
- Resolve before requesting review again
