Organise clients into groups for better management and targeted communication.
What Are Client Groups?β
Groups let you categorise clients:
- Trade Customers - Business accounts with trade pricing
- VIP - High-value customers
- Students - Student discounts
- Staff & Friends - Internal discounts
- Marketing Opt-In - Agreed to marketing
Creating a Groupβ
- Go to Clients β Groups
- Click Create Group
- Enter:
- Name - Group name
- Description - What this group is for
- Click Save
Adding Clients to Groupsβ
From Client Profileβ
- Open the client
- Find Groups section
- Click Add to Group
- Select the group
- Save
Bulk Addβ
- Go to Clients
- Select multiple clients (checkboxes)
- Click Bulk Actions β Add to Group
- Select the group
- Confirm
Removing from Groupsβ
Single Clientβ
- Open the client
- Find the group badge
- Click the X to remove
Bulk Removeβ
- Go to Clients
- Filter by group
- Select clients
- Bulk Actions β Remove from Group
Viewing Group Membersβ
- Go to Clients β Groups
- Click on the group name
- See all members
Or filter the client list by group.

Managing Groupsβ
Editing a Groupβ
- Go to Clients β Groups
- Find the group
- Click Edit
- Update name/description
- Save
Deleting a Groupβ
- Find the group
- Click Delete
- Confirm
Note: Deleting a group doesn't delete the clientsβjust the group membership.
Multiple Group Membershipβ
Clients can belong to multiple groups:
- A client can be both "Trade" and "VIP"
- All groups show on their profile
- Filter by any group
